How do you bring about environmental health, community wellbeing, and social change?  It starts with emotional engagement to the place you call home.  In this presentation, Dr. Wilshire will discuss the importance of placemaking, the value of social infrastructure, and how capitalizing on a region’s strengths helps enhance people’s love of place.  She will tie these ideas to the health of the Cobre Valley Watershed with practical applications and suggestions.
